*Mortgage paid until Buyer's home is sold, for up to nine months, at a total cost of up to $25,000. Buyers closing within 90 days of the 2008 Parade of Homes who do not have a home to sell may choose $10,000 in builder upgrades or Seller paid closing costs in lieu of this "Parade Homes Incentive".
